For speed jumpers’ exercises like sprints, jumping rope and squats will help you most while ankle bounces, standing broad jumps and squat jumps will work best for power jumpers.

Toe Touch Drill 

Start while standing with your feet placed shoulder width apart. Then, jump up and bring your knees to your chest as you stretch your arms forward to touch your toes before landing. Do this for 30 seconds without stopping.

Toe and Heel Touch Drill 

Before you start, position your feet in shoulder width apart. This drill combine heel touch drill and toe touch drill. Jump as you alternate touching your heels behind you and toes in front. Perform it without stopping for 30 seconds.

Ski Drill 

Stand on the side of a line with your feet spaced one inch. Jump side to side over the line slowly and quickly for 30 seconds continuously.
